Follo is provided for business use to manage customer operations such as conversations, bookings, follow-up, tasks, and internal coordination. Use of the service must comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.
Accounts
Businesses are responsible for maintaining the security of user accounts, controlling access for team members, and ensuring account information is accurate.
Customer data
Businesses are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights and permissions to process customer data through Follo and any connected communication channels.
Third-party services
Some workflows may depend on third-party services such as messaging providers, cloud hosting, or infrastructure vendors. Availability and delivery may depend on those third-party systems.
Beta product status
If the service is provided in beta or pilot mode, features may evolve, change, or be removed. Businesses should not rely on beta functionality for mission-critical use without confirming readiness.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Follo is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, and liability is limited to the extent allowed under applicable law.
